01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w345 ("w345", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at w345.app and all associated subdomains and services. By registering a w345 account, completing the w345 Login process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or accessing any content on the w345 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the w345 platform and must not register or maintain an account. Continued use of the w345 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open a w345 account and access any gaming or betting service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. w345 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing w345 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.

w345 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in restriction or suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w345 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

w345 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available from within your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your w345 account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must notify w345 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• w345 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and should combine upper and lower case letters, numerals, and special characters.
• w345 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the w345 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w345 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your w345 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. w345 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which w345 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete full KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to inter-bank clearing times.

w345 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity, a pending bonus wagering requirement, or a compliance review. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the w345 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are published within the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

Sports Betting (including Cricket): Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform. For PSL and international cricket fixtures, specific settlement rules govern rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and result voidance.

Casino & Slots: All casino games, including live dealer games and slot titles, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures audited by independent third parties. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. w345 does not manipulate RTP figures outside the certified game parameters.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation by the platform.
• w345 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or market integrity concerns.
• Maximum bet limits apply per product and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• w345 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that display consistent winning patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

w345 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports bets and casino table games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been satisfied within the expiry period will be forfeited. The expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a w345 account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: w345 reserves the right to cancel bonus offers and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes regardless of result, or exploitation of software errors.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w345 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools of any kind.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bet results, or bonus eligibility.
• Using the w345 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the w345 platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or threatening towards w345 staff or other users.
• Circumventing any geolocation, device fingerprinting, or identity verification measures implemented by w345.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the w345 platform — including but not limited to the w345 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of w345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w345 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any w345 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any platform software; create derivative works based on w345 content; or use the w345 brand or logo in any manner without prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w345 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the w345 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruption to the w345 service.
• Losses arising from the actions or inactions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your w345 Login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your voluntary gambling activity on the platform.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

w345's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w345 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

w345 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available within your w345 account or to seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all w345 account holders at no cost, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11 Account Closure & Termination

Accounts with active bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.

Termination by w345: w345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct, fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, w345 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a material breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance entirely.

12 Amendments to These Terms

w345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, w345 will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the w345 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w345's international gaming licence. w345 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to the standards and requirements of that licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and w345 regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, or any other aspect of your account, the following process applies:
